SCG K-9 Facilities
|
We are one of the rare
facilities that teaches K-9 counter terrorist tactics. Our dogs
start their training as pups and are being worked on a daily basis. Our
dogs are well socialized in a home and family environment with several
family members which includes young children
North America (USA)
At our Training Facility in Holly Springs, Mississippi we provide
weapons and tactics training to Dog/Handler teams. Our state of the art
facility, ballistic shoot house and multiple flat ranges create an
environment where tactics and techniques can be trained and practiced
until perfect. Hotels are a two minute walk from our front gate with
plenty of well-known chain restaurants nearby. Memphis International
Airport is just 20 minutes away. Transportation can be arranged is
requested in advance.
North America (Canada)
We operate the most extensive and the only K-9 Tactical Training
Facility of this caliber in the world. We have five obstacle courses
and large scent fields enabling us to train the dogs on our own
property for most scenarios. Our own site classroom and barracks with
shower facilities are available for use by our clients. An adjoining
weight room is also available. If you desire to stay offsite we are 10
minutes driving distance from the nearest motel or there is a camp
ground approximately 2 minutes away. Transportation for pickup of
clients from the airport, bus terminal or train stations can be made in
advance.
Central America
We recently opened a new training facility in Costa Rica offering
equally challenging obstacles and amenities as our North American
facility, but with the added advantage of being able to train both dog
and handler in extreme heat conditions, as well as in and around water
365 days a year.
