Welcome aboard - DAVE PHILLIPS, Operations Officer 16Feb08 - Dave Phillips - Operations Officer. Dave has over 25 years experience in law enforcement and military special operations in both training and operations. He served as Senior Program Manager for the US Navy's Anti-terrorism Warfare Development Group. He has served across the globe ranging providing training and management expetise to both the US government and private corporations alike. Dave will be a solid asset to SCG. He will be working out of the Virginia Beach Head Office.
