The Hiring Process 
|
Employment with SCG as a Consultant / Instructor
follows this basic outline:
- Identify the Tier Level for
which you qualify.
- Email a ONE PAGE resume with
three (3) references to info@scginternational.com
with EMPLOYMENT only in the subject line. Failure to do either will
result in disqualification.
- If there is further
interest from SCG, you will be sent an Employment Application Packet to
complete. Return it by mail or email.
- A Representative will review
your packet and a tentative contract offer will be extended, pending
successful completion of Step Five (see below).
- Successfully meet
standards and/or complete training requirements (PFT, weapons
qualifications, pre-deployment workup, physical exams, etc.)
- Note 1: For
those working in sensitive positions you may be required to receive
security clearances. Employment will depend upon successful approval.
- Note 2: As a
professional you are expected to have required shots and passport in
order. You are responsible for drug testing fee.
If you are not contacted after forty-five (45)
days then there is not a current opening for your skill set. Your
resume and documentation will be retained by SCG for one year during
which if an opening does present itself you will be contacted again.
All applicants must successfully complete a
thorough and extensive background investigation and be able to obtain
at minimum a secret security clearance if required (see Note 2 above).
