A full refund will be given if customer cancels registration one month (30 days) or more prior to published course start date. A 50% course fee refund will be given if cancellation is made two weeks or more (but not to exceed 29 days) of published course start date. If course is cancelled within two weeks of published course start date customer will be given credit for a later course or one similar. If SCG cancels a course the customer has a choice of either a full refund or credit for a later course or one similar.
